Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before attending a Wee Ravers event. By purchasing a ticket and participating in our events, you agree to abide by the following terms:

Ticketing and Entry:

    • All attendees, including children and infants, must have a valid ticket for entry.

    • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can only be used by the named person for the specific event.

    • We will not sell tickets on the door or admit anyone without a valid ticket.

    • Tickets do not guarantee seating, and events are primarily standing/dancing with limited seating.

Age Restrictions:

    • We welcome families with children of all ages. Our activities are designed with children aged 0-8 years in mind, but everyone is invited to join in the fun.

    • Each child under 12 years old requires a child ticket. Children aged 13 and above need an adult ticket. A maximum of three adult tickets can be purchased for every one child ticket.

Supervision and Responsibility:

    • Parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times during the event.

    • Wee Ravers is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.

Food and Drinks:

    • Outside food is not permitted. Drinks and sweet snacks will be available for purchase at the venue.

    • We do not allow alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances on the premises.

Photography and Filming:

    • We may capture photographs or film short videos during the event. By attending, you grant us permission to use these visuals for Wee Ravers’ promotional purposes.

Health and Safety:

    • Please be aware that strobe lighting may be in use at the event, and latex balloons may be present.

    • Some food vendors may offer items containing allergens. Please take necessary precautions if you or your child have allergies or sensitivities.

Security and Bag Checks:

    • All guests will have their bags searched upon entry for security purposes.

Table Packages:

Table packages are available for groups of 10 or more depending on the venue. Please contact us for more information and bookings.

Birthday Bookings:

    • Birthday bookings are available for our events. Please contact us for details and arrangements.

Changes to Events:

    • Wee Ravers reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, entertainment, and activities without prior notice.

Code of Conduct:

    • Wee Ravers promotes a family-friendly and inclusive environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event.

Raffle Terms:

    • Must be 18+. Ticket valid for event attendees only. Winners must be present with ticket. Prizes non-transferable. Organiser not responsible for lost/stolen tickets.

    • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free entry route is available for all prize draws and raffles promoted on this website.

      To enter for free, please send your full name, address, email address, contact number, and the name of the competition you wish to enter on a plain postcard or letter to:

      Each postal entry must be submitted individually and received before the closing date stated for the relevant draw. Postal entries that are incomplete, illegible, or received after the closing date will not be entered.

      All entries (including paid and free entries) are treated equally once received, and all participants have an equal chance of winning.

      By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you are aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom.

Liability:

    • Wee Ravers, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms before attending any Wee Ravers event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
